Amazon sent me the wrong item. Can I return it without it’s original cardboard packaging? I want to use a parcel bag instead because it’s original cardboard packaging is now unusable.

Hello! If the package isn’t yours, return it to Amazon and wait for your delivery. If it’s addressed to you but wasn’t ordered, report it using the Report Unwanted Package Form. Don’t keep the package; return it promptly. Amazon’s return policy allows 30 days for returns. Contact Amazon, return the item, request a refund, or submit a claim.
